General guidelines - Minimum of 2 man crew required for each project, usually consists of supervisor and laborer
     $75/hr - Supervisor (4 hour minimum)
     $65/hr - man hour for additional labor (4 hour minimum)
     $125/hr for boom truck w/operator with 1.25 per mi
     $75/day - for pickup with miles charge of .50 per mile
          (subject to be adjusted per fuel pricing)
